Untale is a fiction platform. Works may address difficult, dark, or sensitive themes. Narrative context is taken into account.
Principle
Creative freedom does not allow publishing illegal content, exploiting people, harassing users, or bypassing service rules.
Forbidden content
Forbidden content includes illegal content, sexual exploitation of minors or content sexualizing minors, credible threats or direct calls for real-world violence, targeted harassment, unauthorized publication of personal data, direct assistance with serious crimes, clear rights violations, spam, fraud, impersonation, and abusive manipulation of the service.
Sensitive content
Some sensitive fictional content may be allowed when it remains compliant with the law and service rules. It may be subject to classifications, warnings, age restrictions, visibility limits, or moderation measures.
Minimum age
Use of Untale is reserved for people aged at least 15. Some features or content may be reserved for older users when the nature of the content or applicable regulation requires it.
Classification
Authors must classify their content honestly and use available categories or warnings when a work contains sensitive elements. JAYTECH may change a classification, add a warning, restrict access, or remove content when classification is incorrect or insufficient.
Reporting and blocking
Users can report content or behavior they believe violates the rules. Untale also provides blocking mechanisms where necessary for safety or user experience.
Measures
Depending on the situation, JAYTECH may add or change a classification, limit content visibility, remove content, restrict features, suspend or delete an account, or take any action required by law.
