Terms of use
These Terms of use govern access to and use of Untale, a service published by JAYTECH SAS.
Service
Untale lets users discover, read, and publish serialized stories, and use features related to reader demand, statistics, in-app purchases, tokens, and subscriptions. Untale does not guarantee that content will be recommended, read, continued, or reach any specific level of visibility or performance.
Account
You are responsible for the information you provide, the confidentiality of your access credentials, and actions performed from your account. You must not impersonate someone else, evade sanctions, abusively automate the service, or compromise its security.
Publishing content
You remain responsible for the content you publish. You must have the necessary rights to your texts, images, covers, and other published elements. You retain your intellectual property rights in your content.
License granted to Untale
By publishing content on Untale, you grant JAYTECH a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt to the service format, technically distribute, and promote that content within Untale.
Intellectual property rights
If you believe content published on Untale infringes your rights, you may send us a report with information useful to identify the protected work, the content concerned, your rights, and the reason for the request. Contact: [email protected].
Want More and statistics
Want More is a reader interest signal. It is not a promise of publication, a commercial guarantee, or an objective evaluation of a work. Discovery, ranking, and statistics systems may evolve.
Purchases, tokens, and subscriptions
Tokens can only be used within Untale. They are not currency, have no monetary value outside the service, and cannot be exchanged for money. Mobile purchases are handled by Apple or Google depending on the platform used.
Moderation
JAYTECH may remove, limit, hide, or classify content, restrict features, or suspend an account when necessary to enforce service rules, the law, or platform security.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, JAYTECH cannot be held liable for creative, editorial, or commercial decisions made solely on the basis of statistics, rankings, or signals provided by Untale. These terms are governed by French law. Support: [email protected].
